Stack Components.
Category 1
Telomere Maintenance
Synthetic tetrapeptide that activates telomerase, the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length at chromosome ends.
In this stack: Targets the replicative aging clock. Telomere shortening limits the number of times a cell can divide before entering senescence. By reactivating telomerase in somatic cells, epitalon extends cellular replicative capacity. It also stimulates melatonin production, supporting circadian rhythm regulation and the antioxidant defense that melatonin provides.

Metabolic Substrate
Essential coenzyme for over 500 enzymatic reactions, including mitochondrial energy production, sirtuin activation, and DNA repair.
In this stack: Replenishes the most critical metabolic substrate that declines with aging. NAD+ depletion impairs sirtuin-mediated gene regulation, PARP-mediated DNA repair, and mitochondrial electron transport. Restoring NAD+ levels provides the substrate foundation that enables the other compounds in this stack to function optimally.

Mitochondrial Optimizer
Mitochondria-targeted tetrapeptide that concentrates 1,000-fold in the inner mitochondrial membrane to stabilize cardiolipin and optimize electron transport.
In this stack: Addresses mitochondrial dysfunction, one of the most impactful aging hallmarks. By stabilizing cardiolipin-cytochrome c interactions, SS-31 improves ATP synthesis efficiency while reducing the electron leak that generates superoxide radicals. This tackles oxidative damage at its primary source rather than scavenging free radicals after they form.
